Sexual Assault: Forensic and Clinical Management--Limited Use License

Dartmouth College grants you the non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited right and license to use one (1) copy of the Sexual Assault: Forensic and Clinical Management program (SAE) solely for your use on a single computer. You may make one (1) copy of the SAE in machine readable form solely for back-up purposes, provided you reproduce the SAE in its original form and with all proprietary notices on the back-up copy.
Restrictions on Use. You may not:
- Create derivative works based on the SAE;
- Reproduce the SAE except as described in the Agreement;
- Sell, assign, license, disclose, or otherwise transfer or make available the SAE or any copies of the SAE in any form to any third parties;
- Alter, translate, decompile, or attempt to reverse engineer the SAE, subject to applicable law which permits such activity notwithstanding this contractual prohibition; or
- Remove or alter any proprietary notices or marks on the SAE.
Dartmouth College owns all rights, title and interest in and to the
SAE. All rights not expressly granted to you are retained by Dartmouth
College. Your use shall be in accordance with applicable restrictions
concerning privacy and intellectual property rights.
